What is a Cartoon Slinger?

Well, if a gunslinger is quick with a six shooter and a hash slinger makes fast food... it seems only logical that someone who draws cartoons quickly might be called a cartoon slinger.

CartoonSlinger.com was started by Dominic Arneson in 2006. Dominic has been working as a professional artist for over 15 years, drawing caricatures and illustrations and painting murals for all types of clients and party guests with his fast hand and friendly persona. From celebrities and corporate executives to children with disabilities, infants to senior citizens, Dominic has drawn and painted people of all walks of life, and thousands have enjoyed a personalized, one-of-a-kind cartoon that was created in their likeness, just for them.

At parties, one artist can draw up to 20 people per hour including cartoon bodies. Many more will be entertained as likenesses of friends, family members and business associates appear magically before their eyes!  Each person is featured doing a favorite hobby, pastime, sport, occupation or just about any other silly situation they can drean up.  Each cartoon is drawn in ink on acid free, 110lb card stock and includes the guest's face, cartoon body with situation of their choice, their name and a protective sleeve. Custom printed drawing paper is available for an additional charge.  Color may be added with color pencil sticks (Prismacolor) at no additional charge.

Cartoon Slinger's party caricatures create a great ice-breaker, offering guests who may not know each other an obvious topic for conversion and a unique form of entertainment that gives each guest a personalized party favor to remember your special event by. Book your event two weeks or more in advance and we can preprint our drawing stock with your company logo or event theme, assuring a customized gift your guests will never forget.

The mosaic above was designed by Dominic Arneson for CV Tile in Monrovia, CA, where each tile was painstakingly chosen for a perfect color match, hand cut to precision and skillfully installed in a luxury suite at Cesar's Palace, Las Vegas.
